Terms & Conditions for Use of the 100 Cuci Malaysia Platform

Within the context of these Terms & Conditions, certain terms used carry defined meanings as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the 100 Cuci website accessible at https://100cuci-jit.com and all sub-domains, mobile applications, and related services operated by 100 Cuci.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 100 Cuci platform and is aged 18 or above.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total cash funds available in a user's account on the 100 Cuci platform, excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to free credits or promotional credits granted by 100 Cuci as part of a promotional programme, which are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before it can be converted into withdrawable cash.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 100 Cuci platform, including casino players, slots players, Sports Betting users, lottery users, poker players, and e-sports betting users.

To register and use 100 Cuci's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is a legally competent individual with full capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not prohibited by any law or regulation from using online gaming services.
• Has never been suspended or banned from the 100 Cuci platform previously.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Each user is only permitted to register one account only on the 100 Cuci platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for ensuring:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The full name registered on the account must match the name of the bank account holder or digital wallet used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Your account password is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with any third party.
• You notify 100 Cuci immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

100 Cuci reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including copies of your identification card, proof of address, and payment documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account.

100 Cuci accepts deposits via the payment methods listed below. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only:

• 100 Cuci does not accept deposits from third-party credit cards or accounts not registered under the name of the verified user.
• Any deposit suspected to originate from fraudulent activity or money laundering will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

Users may request a withdrawal of available cash in their account balance (excluding bonus funds) through the following process:

• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 20 per transaction.

100 Cuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are typically between 15x and 30x the value of the bonus received.
• The Welcome Bonus is only eligible to be claimed once only by each new user who makes their first deposit.

• All bets that have been submitted and confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical failure (server or internet disruption) during a game session, 100 Cuci will rely on system logs to determine a fair outcome. The decision of the 100 Cuci technical team is final.
• For Sports Betting and e-sports, if a match is postponed or cancelled, the relevant bets will be refunded to the user's account balance in accordance with the policy established for each sport.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and are subject to change without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 100 Cuci platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of automated software (bots) to play or place bets automatically.
• Bug abuse — exploiting any technical vulnerability in a game or on the platform for unfair gain.
• Identity fraud — using another person's identity to register or verify an account.
• Money laundering — using the 100 Cuci platform for the purpose of money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Collusion in poker — colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage at the poker table.
• Multiple account ownership to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Arbitrage betting across multiple accounts to guarantee risk-free winnings.

100 Cuci reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account closure requested by the user for responsible gambling reasons (self-exclusion).

Users may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the 100 Cuci customer support team. Any real money balance remaining (after deducting bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be refunded via the original payment method.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 100 Cuci is not liable for:

100 Cuci's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the actual cash balance held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

All content on the 100 Cuci platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and trade mark names 100 Cuci — are the exclusive property of 100 Cuci and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law.

Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content on the platform without prior written consent from 100 Cuci. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
